When the West Yorkshire Police made the unfortunate decision to close the recreational facilities in police stations the Dewsbury Branch had to look for a new meeting place.
We were fortunate to discover the Mirfield Constitutional Club in St Paul’s Road, Mirfield.
This venue has proved to be most popular with a good quality room in which we meet and enjoy our buffet and with a ‘cheap’ bar and pleasant staff we look set to remain there for the foreseeable future.
