We are pleased to welcome a new member to the Branch, Mr. Adrian Lyles, who retires on 31st August. We look forward to seeing him and his wife Suzanne at future Social Events.

Our Treasurer, Mick Hollen, tells me that he has already had 75 applications for the Christmas Lunch. As there is a maximum of 120, if you wish to attend, please get your application in now to avoid disappointment.7th August 2010
We have a new Associate Member for our Branch. He is Mr. Roy Brookman, who served in Bradford City until he transferred to Somerset, where he completed his service. Roy saw the Bradford Section on the NARPO West Yorkshire site and applied to become an Associate Member so that he can keep up with the news from his former Force.

We would like to welcome our new member to the Branch.He is Mr. John W. Garnett, who lives in Bretagne, France.
It is unlikely that he will be attending our regular socials, but I know he keeps up with news from NARPO on his computer! 27 July 2010
We have been informed that one of our members, Russell Cooper is at present in the Sue Rider Home, Manorlands at Oxenhope. Unfortunately he is not very well, but would appreciate visits from any old friends.

Bradford Section is pleased to welcome three new members to our ranks. Mr. John A. Downie, Mr. Iain R. Exley (son of late "Dog Man Ken) and Ms Diane Watts. We look forward to seeing them and their partners, if applicable, on future Social Occasions. We also say welcome back to Alan Firth, who was deleted from the membership list many years ago when he failed to notify NARPO of his change of address and his magazines were returned marked "Gone away". Last week he con tacted the Secretary asking why his magazines were not being delivered and when told, he gave his new address and was reinstated. Moral in this story is that when you change your address, when you notify Pensions Office so that your Pension will continue to be paid, notify NARPO as well! 07.06.2010 We would like to welcome our newest member to the Branch. David Bruce Has transferred from Leeds Branch to ours. David was prior to the Amalgamation PC298 in Bradford City but completed his service in a Leeds Division. We look forward to seeing David and his wife at future Social Occasions.
27.04.2010. We have gained a new member, Mr. Andrew Jackson. We welcome him to the Branch and look forward to seeing him and his partner Lindsay at future Social Occasions. 19.03.2010 Welcome to the newest member of our Branch, Mr. Stuart G. Battye. We hope to see him and his wife Janet at future Social functions.
11 March 2010. 1. Our newest recruit is David R. Campbell, who has joined us today. We would like to welcome him and his wife Paula to the Branch and hope to see them at future events. 2. The Annual General Meeting of the Bradford Branch was held on 10th March, followed by an excellent Buffet and Social Evening which was attended and enjoyed by about 60 people.
Derek Hobson, our Welfare Officer retired from the Committee after many years service. He was thanked by our Chairman Joe Broadley for his hard work when on the Committee, and I would like to put on record my own appreciation for the support he has given me for many years as Welfare Officer and for acting as my willing chauffeur to meetings.
David Druquer was appointed in his place as Welfare Officer and is looking forward to the job. If you hear of any members who are in poor health, or anyone requiring our advice or assistance, please let me know and I will pass the details on to David for his attention.
We have already filled Derek's vacancy on the Committee as Alf Roper was a willing volunteer and he was unanimously voted into office by the members. Alf is already a member of the Bradford City Police ReUnion Committee.
